What is Refresh Elements?
Elements is a reusable countertop filtration system with removable discs and pods. It is designed around an ivory shell, a sage base and a slim brushed-metal spout.
Are filter discs included?
No. Filter discs are sold separately. The Elements housing and the Root, Grove, Rain, Stone, Plus and Spring modules are individual products.
Can I use faucet cartridges in Elements?
Everyday, Plus and Complete faucet cartridges are a separate format from Elements discs and pods.
What is Normal Flow versus High Flow?
Normal Flow and High Flow are the two cartridge formats in the Everyday, Plus and Complete faucet ranges. Select the format for your system.
What are Clean Drops for?
Clean Drops is an accessory for empty-housing care. Follow the care instructions supplied with your product.
When will my order ship?
Refresh products are made to order. Please allow a 3-week lead time before shipping due to supply chain constraints. Shipping transit time is additional.
